Time on tools as required to determine best practice and benchmark production process. Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for finished products. Set up and maintain quality controls and documentation procedures. Scope and quote high specification projects Always working in a safe manner and adhering to site policies and procedures in order to enhance the safety culture & performance of the site. Skills and Experience Prior experience working in a similar industry Hold a Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical, Fabrication Trade, or equivalent; Experience working on heavy vehicles Ability to interpret drawings and procedures Have strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Have demonstrated ability to work safely Have a current Drivers licence, HR preferable Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and a National Police Check
