We are seeking an experienced Timber Machine Shop 2IC to join a well-established door manufacturing business in Dandenong South . This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for a qualified cabinet maker, furniture maker, or senior CNC operator ready to step up and support daily machine shop operations. You will play a key role in ensuring workflow, quality and production targets are achieved while supporting the Foreman and guiding the team on the floor.
