I Gladiatori Osteria Romana - North Strathfield is now looking for an experienced Chef to join their team. The right candidate will be responsible for: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes, with a focus on Roman cuisine. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Collaborate with the team to create and refine menu offerings. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and scheduling. Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety and health regulations. Foster a positive and efficient working atmosphere. About You: At least 1 year of experience as a Chef; Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Job Type: Permanent/full-time Salary: $76,000 - $86,000 per year
