About the Role & Responsibilities: This role offers the opportunity to work locally in Broken Hill on a major 8–10-week project. Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a strong background in supervising demolition and small earthworks packages. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 8–10 workers, along with subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines. Experience using Procore and Hammer Tech systems is essential, along with a solid understanding of site procedures, compliance, and reporting requirements. Roster: Monday to Saturday Hours: 7am - 4pm Pay: Ordinary time, plus penalties and weekend rates.
