The Opportunity ICT skills are in high demand, and Lumify Group is at a pivotal point in how we take our training solutions to market, as organisations increasingly focus on building digital, technical and future-ready capability and skills. This role plays a key part in our ambition to expand access to high-impact ICT and digital skills at scale, helping organisations and individuals build capability in a world that’s changing fast. The role spans sales leadership across Lumify Group’s digital skills training portfolios, covering brands Lumify Work, Nexacu and Lumify Digital. We’re an established, leading training provider with deep relationships across enterprise and ASX-listed clients, strong vendor partnerships, and a reputation that consistently brings opportunity through the door. What’s exciting about this role is the opportunity to turn that market position into a modern, proactive and scalable sales engine aligned to how customers buy today and where the market is heading. Why This Role Is Different You’ll join a business with strong demand, trusted brands and established enterprise customers. You’ll have strong leadership backing to do things differently, evolving how sales operate across the business. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with sales approaches and go-to-market models across multiple training portfolios. You’ll step into a team with deep customer relationships and the opportunity to create momentum through leadership, clarity and direction. What You’ll Do As a senior member of the leadership team, you’ll lead sales performance with a primary focus on the Australian market, while also overseeing New Zealand and the Philippines, owning results end-to-end while staying close to customers, deals and your team. Operating with clear accountability and a high degree of autonomy, you’ll move ideas quickly from strategy to execution and ensure sales leadership has real impact across the business. You’ll set and execute the sales strategy across the digital skills training portfolios, including ICT certification, end-user applications and digital/self-paced solutions, bringing greater structure and momentum to pipeline management and forecasting, creating an approach that scales across brands, markets and customer segments. You’ll ensure strong sales discipline, forecasting confidence and predictable execution. A core part of the role is lifting capability across the sales team, coaching sales managers and sales professionals directly, setting clear expectations, and building confidence in how we engage with customers. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product and senior leadership to bring both new and existing training solutions to market and strengthen relationships with enterprise clients and key vendor partners. What You’ll Bring 5–10 years leading sales teams in B2B, services or solutions-based environments Experience setting and executing sales strategy across multiple products, brands or customer segments Proven ownership of sales performance and forecasting in a hands-on leadership role Strong coaching capability, with confidence leading both managers and sales professionals Commercial discipline paired with curiosity and contemporary sales thinking Experience selling ICT, digital or technology-enabled solutions in a B2B environment, including professional services or complex solution sales (highly regarded) Why Join Us Executive ownership of sales across a multi-brand, multi-country training group An attractive executive remuneration package reflecting the seniority, scope and accountability of the role Opportunity to shape sales strategy, capability and go-to-market approach during a meaningful growth phase High visibility role with strong leadership backing and real scope to build Flexible hybrid working, built on trust and accountability Sydney CBD office, centrally located near Central Station Full access to Lumify’s training portfolio to stay close to products, vendors and the market If you’re a hands-on sales leader who enjoys shaping strategy, lifting capability and delivering results, we’d love to hear from you.
