What your day will look like: Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants Organise repairs and maintenance Tenant and landlord communication Conduct ingoing, and routine inspections Assist with rental reviews and increases Work closely with the PM and leasing teams The Person: Current NSW Certificate of Registration Drivers license and car Be able to work in a fast-paced environment Be able to provide first class customer service Ability to work well in a team and autonomously Receptionists and Leasing Consultants stepping up will be considered The Perks: Monday – Friday Role, keep your weekends free!
