About the role: Reporting to the Patient Services Team Leader, this role provides high-quality administrative and reception support, delivering exceptional customer service to patients at one of Queensland's busiest fertility specialist private practices, located in our Southport clinic. Flexibility to work rotating Saturday mornings and public holidays is required. In this role you will be accountable for: • Delivering exceptional customer service • Reception duties and administration support • Medical billing and receipting • Managing all patient bookings Ideally you will bring: • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service • Previous experience in a busy medical practice • Ability to meet performance and service expectations • Knowledge of medical terminology • Knowledge of medical billing • Experience using Genie software • Medical Dictaphone typing, MS Word and data entry skills • A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group values In addition, we are seeking individuals that possess the following key competencies: • Passion for great customer service • Motivated and enthusiastic with an ability to meet set goals • Interpersonal savvy - listening and responding, building rapport across diverse groups • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail Why work for us?
