Synergie is seeking a Mechanical Fitter / Trade Assistant for a client specialising in the assembly of high-quality machinery, located in Wingfield. You will be working on Day Shift assembling and bolting machinery components together, with the chance to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern workshop. Shift Details: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pm Pay Rate: $36–$42 per hour (depending on experience) Duties include: Assembling and bolting machinery components Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Supporting the production team with mechanical assembly tasks Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintaining a clean and safe work area What we’re looking for: Experience in mechanical assembly or a trade environment Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings (essential) Competent with hand and power tools Physically fit, reliable, and a team player Forklift license is an advantage (not essential) What’s in it for you?
