Description About the Role Brisbane Girls Grammar School is seeking a proactive and service-focused IT Helpdesk Support Officer. The IT Helpdesk Support Officer provides timely and effective support to staff and students across a range of IT systems and platforms. You will be a key point of contact within the School’s student services area, responding to staff and student IT requests and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of desktop, mobile, and learning technologies. Working collaboratively with the IT team and reporting to the IT Services Operations Manager, you will also assist in delivering IT projects and supporting critical school activities, including core and external examinations. About You You are technically capable, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
