Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a Manufacturing Organization in Brisbane, and they are looking for additional support to assist with service desk operations. This role will come with a permanent offer for the right candidate at the end of the contract engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for: Triage escalated tickets from L1 team in relates to Hardware, Software, VMs and Networking Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 applications, Networking (Meraki), Alert & Server Monitoring (VMware/ Hyper V), and Device Management (Intune) Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system Getting involved with IT projects as required. Details: Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office Working in a Microsoft & Windows 11 environment Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week Possibility of extension or a permanent position at the end of the contract Requirements: Australian working rights required (no sponsorship provided). Previous experience in a Level 2 Technical Support role. Decent knowledge of Active Directory (AD), and Office 365 suite (Intune), Networking (Cisco) and VMs (VMware & Hyper V). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
