Job Description About our Client Our client is a members-only luxury retail platform that runs limited-time flash sales with premium and designer brands. These events give customers access to past-season and excess stock through exclusive in-person sales. About the Role We are hiring friendly and reliable short-term casual staff for an in-person luxury flash sales event in Sydney (March 2026). Shifts are available across logistics days, inbound or outbound setup, and sale days. Note: You may be rostered across one or more phases depending on availability. Some shifts involve physical tasks such as moving boxes, unpacking stock, and setting up displays. Location and Pay Location: 333 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Pay Rates: Monday to Friday: $33.19 per hour super Saturday: $39.83 per hour super Key Responsibilities Logistics Move boxes, unload deliveries, and support general event preparation Assist with setup and pack-down of fixtures, equipment, and stock Keep back-of-house areas organised and tidy Inbound / Outbound (Setup and Pack-Down) Unpack, sort, and organise stock for the sales floor Set up racks, displays, and visual merchandising Repack stock, dismantle displays, and prepare items for return Maintain stockroom organisation and support operations Sales Support Greet and assist customers on the sales floor Help locate items and check stock availability Support fitting rooms, floor operations, and cashiering where needed Requirements Reliable and punctual, able to commit to selected shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Physically able to lift boxes and assist with setup on logistics, inbound, and outbound days Friendly, proactive, and professional Retail, events, or customer service experience is a bonus but not required Shifts Dates and Time: Logistics: Tue 10/03: 6AM to 2PM Wed 11/03: 6AM to 2PM Inbound: Thu 12/03: 9AM to 7PM Fri 13/03: 9AM to 7PM Sat 14/03: 9AM to 7PM Sale: Mon 16/03: 9.30AM to 6.30PM Tue 17/03: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1PM to 6.30PM Wed 18/03: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1PM to 6.30PM Thu 19/03: 8.30AM to 1.30PM OR 1PM to 6.30PM Outbound: Fri 20/03: 9AM to 7PM Sat 21/03: 9AM to 6PM Mon 23/03: 9AM to 7PM Shift Allocation Notes You must be available for the full hours of any shift you select. Where multiple shifts are available on the same day, you only need to choose one. If you are rostered for logistics days, you will not be scheduled for sale day shifts. If you are rostered for inbound or outbound shifts, you may also be scheduled for sale days depending on availability.
