We work with a strong and healthy pipeline of projects across a variety of builders. We want you on our team! What You’ll Be Doing As part of our team you’ll be responsible for: Preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces to a superior finish Rolling, cutting-in and brush work on walls, ceilings, trims and doors Textured painting and decorative finishes Painting timber surfaces (e.g., bannisters, door frames, architraves) Surface preparation including filling, sanding and ensuring smooth, professional results Maintaining quality and safety on site Working on both residential and commercial jobs What We’re Looking For Proven painting experience (residential/commercial) Ability to use a range of tools: rollers, brushes, sprayers and hand tools Strong attention to detail with a pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team White Card (construction induction) preferred Driver’s licence and own tools advantageous Why Work With Us Consistent, ongoing work across a range of builders and projects Weekend work available, earn more when you want to A supportive, safety-focused team environment Opportunities for skills growth and potentially future leadership roles as we scale.
