One of Australia’s largest electrical & communications contractors is looking to engage the services of a High Voltage Electrical Technician with experience in maintaining, testing and servicing of High Voltage equipment. You will need to demonstrate a strong background in the maintaining and testing of High Voltage equipment dealing largely with a Blue-Chip client base. You will need to be able to perform your works across several different brands of equipment and have strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities. Role Specific Requirements Hands on approach to HV Maintenance (Preventative & Reactive) Testing and Commissioning of Powers systems would be a preference. HV Operating or HV Cable Termination Skill will provide a strong advantage. Developing of job specific JSA’s, SWMS and Safety documents. Planning and reporting skills. Effective communication skills. As a minimum, you will hold an A Grade Electrical licence with additional qualifications looked on favourably.
