Main Functions: Support the kitchen team across all breakfast service sections with efficiency and professionalism Prepare, organize, and store ingredients according to established protocols and rotation standards Learn and apply culinary techniques in line with our menu offerings and kitchen standards Assist in the execution of breakfast dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout your shift Develop foundational knife skills and food preparation techniques under mentorship Manage time effectively during peak breakfast service periods Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations Contribute ideas and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role Support inventory management and report any stock concerns to senior kitchen staff
