Your role will include: Bar and floor service with a strong focus on customer experience Supporting gaming operations (Keno, TAB, GFR Pro) Cash handling and POS operation Maintaining venue presentation and service standards Upholding RSA and gaming compliance requirements Working across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays If you enjoy the buzz of a busy hotel and delivering warm, attentive service, you’ll feel right at home here. What You’ll Bring Essential Current RSA Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, trustworthy and positive attitude Confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment Preferred (but not essential) Basic Gaming Certificate Experience working in a gaming room Bartending experience Keno, TAB or GFR Pro exposure Strong cash-handling skills Well organised, calm under pressure and quick to learn Ready to Apply?
