The team handles a broad range of matters and is known for its professional yet empathetic approach to sensitive cases. The role The successful candidate will support and manage estate planning and probate matters, working both independently and alongside senior practitioners. The role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of private client matters and genuine career progression opportunities. Key responsibilities Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Assist with and manage probate and estate administration files Advise clients on succession planning and asset protection strategies Liaise with executors, trustees, and beneficiaries Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence and court documents as required Support senior lawyers on complex or high-value estates Requirements Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE in estate planning and/or probate Experience drafting wills and managing estate administration files Strong understanding of succession and trust legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage files with appropriate supervision Professional and client-focused Strong attention to detail Organised with effective time management skills Eager to develop technical expertise within private client law Collaborative and team-oriented Whats on offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Strong mentoring and development support Exposure to high-quality, complex work Clear progression opportunities Supportive boutique firm culture For a discussion or to apply, please get in touch directly.
