ASAP start, 4 months contract, possible extension Rate $800 - $1000 inc /day Brisbane CBD Location, hybrid The Business Analyst leads ongoing business requirements activities across multiple digital releases and future planning initiatives. This includes capturing, refining and managing requirements for system configuration updates, workflow changes, portal enhancements, payment functionality and automated communications. The role works closely with process, technical and solution design stakeholders to ensure solutions accurately reflect business needs and support timely, coordinated delivery. You will be responsible for: Requirements Management: Gather, refine, document, and validate business requirements for all BRR workstreams, ensuring alignment with regulatory commencement dates and release milestones. Elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear specifications for development and design teams. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements. Collaborate with project manager, solution architect, tester, and developer throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with SMEs, product owners, service areas, and developers to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support decision making. Maintain up to date artefacts including process maps, functional specifications, data requirements, and change impact assessments. YOU Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with digital platforms or customer-facing solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., process mapping, user stories, wireframes). Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud projects or similar CRM and portal technologies.
