This role will suit a capable practitioner who can confidently manage family law matters from start to finish with minimal supervision. You will work closely with a senior lawyer who collaborates directly with the partners, offering meaningful mentorship and clear visibility of progression pathways within the firm. The practice services a broad client base and handles a full spectrum of family law matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements and intervention orders. Experience across both parenting and property matters is essential, and exposure to IVOs is highly desirable. Additional experience in wills and estates, property or commercial law will be well regarded too! The team is close knit, professional and welcoming, with excellent staff retention and a positive working environment. This is not a high pressure firm driven by unrealistic billing expectations.
