We’re looking for passionate bar professionals across multiple levels, from experienced Bartenders through to Bar Supervisors and Bar Managers. What You’ll Bring Depending on your level, you’ll bring a mix of the following: Minimum 1 year experience in a quality bar or premium dining environment (more for leadership roles) Strong cocktail knowledge and confident execution of classics A solid understanding of spirits, wine and service standards Natural guest engagement and genuine hospitality Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-energy venue Strong communication and teamwork skills For Supervisor / Manager level: roster management, stock control, ordering, team leadership and driving beverage sales RSA certification You understand that great service lives in the detail - timing, presentation, product knowledge and reading the room.
