Job Description The usual hours for this position are 7:00am to 2:00pm. Flexibility is required for daytime shifts based on operational needs, however the likely roster will fall within these hours. Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy workspace Ensuring kitchens and staff areas are stocked with clean, sanitised, and dry equipment Using chemicals and equipment correctly, in accordance with provided instructions Operating dishwashing machines as required Assisting with deep cleaning of kitchen areas Storing equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware safely and hygienically
