Role Overview As the Senior Project Manager , you’ll play a key role in the oversight and management of the delivery of large projects. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you'll play a key role in driving project success by: Overseeing project performance, budgeting, and forecasting Coordinating resources, schedules, and delivery timelines Monitor and report on work-in-progress and ensure timely milestone completion Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Define project scope, priorities, and resource needs Manage team capacity and setting clear deliverable timelines Lead regular meetings and fostering continuous improvement Identify, document and report project risks BE part of the solution Strategic Thinking: Align divisional goals with long-term business success. Ability to see the big picture and anticipate future outcomes Financial Acumen: Understand budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and be able to make data-driven decisions to optimise profitability. Project Leadership: Deliver projects using Agile, Lean, and proven methodologies. Manage timelines, resources and deliverables. Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, identify potential risks and ensure mitigation plans and compliance across the board.
