Role Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments? We’re looking for a dedicated Club Lounge Attendant to support the daily operations of our exclusive Club Lounge. In this role, you will ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. You’ll work closely with the Club Lounge Manager and Front Office Leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. We are seeking team members who are available to work evening shifts. Key Responsibilities Monitor the Club Lounge for seating availability, service flow, safety, and guest well-being. Complete opening duties, ensuring all supplies, tools, and equipment are set up and in working order. Maintain cleanliness and condition of the lounge, including front and back of house areas. Clean and reset tables promptly after guest departure. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards. Restock beverage fridges, ice, glassware, and supplies; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Wash dishes, crockery, and glassware as required. Secure liquors, beers, wines, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, breaking down equipment, restocking, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Conduct and document temperature checks, cleaning tasks, and daily operational checklists. Requisition necessary supplies and transport items from storeroom to the lounge. Document relevant information in department logs. Note guest preferences and requests, reporting them to the Manager on Duty. Engaging with guest to build personal connections and elevate their experience. About You Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or guest service roles preferred. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. Able to work independently while seeking support when needed. Positive, flexible, and collaborative mindset. Full working rights in Australia.
