This full-time position reports to our Executive Housekeeper and includes duties such as: Supervise our Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectations Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas Compliance with WHS processes and procedures Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services Assist in on-the-job department and staff training Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures Responsibilities: Skills and experience: Your many talents will include: Proven experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus Your attention to detail is second to none Good organisation and time management skills Ability to work and make decisions under pressure The ability to work across a full-time schedule NOTE: We are seeking permanent residents who are residing in Brisbane, Australia and are looking for career longevity.
