Location: Sydney CBD & hybrid WFHDuration: Permanent, full time About the Role This is an exciting new opportunity within our Medical Indemnity (MI) insurance division and an excellent next step in your change and communications career. As part of the Business Change and Improvement team, you will take ownership of leading and delivering impactful change management initiatives for our MI division. Working closely with delivery teams and key business stakeholders, you will design, implement, and embed sustainable change solutions that drive lasting outcomes. You will also support and deliver effective internal communications, while championing and operating within the Change Governance Framework to ensure structured and coordinated change across the division. Key Responsibilities Lead and champion change management across MI initiatives, supporting project teams and business representatives to effectively manage change within their areas. This includes assessing change impacts, providing expert advice, and directly leading change activities where required. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate, design, and deliver MI-specific communications, fostering an informed, engaged, and change-ready culture. Support broader MI and Group communications activities as needed. Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Medical Indemnity Change Governance Management Framework. Champion adherence to the framework, including maintaining and analysing the change pipeline to assess sequencing, impacts, and stakeholder involvement. Proactively drive adoption of change methodologies and tools across MI initiatives, uplifting change capability across the division and embedding consistent, best-practice change management approaches. Skills and Experience required Demonstrated experience leading and delivering change initiatives end-to-end. Strong background in business change and stakeholder management. Experience within financial services or similarly regulated industries. Passionate about change management and driving positive business outcomes. Proven ability to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change management programs. Proven ability to develop internal communication content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capability. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions. Highly developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to gather input, influence, and manage expectations.
