About the role and where you will be working: As a valued team member, you’ll be part of our wider clinical team that provides quality & client-focused care in people’s homes. Clinical incident oversight General triaging of clinical care clients Assessments & Intake of TCP Clients About you: Problem solving comes naturally, and you don’t sweat the small stuff. This role would be well-suited if you have some aged care or community care experience. You’re comfortable working on your own with wounds, diabetic treatment, continence & medication support. Home care workers do a lot of driving each day, so you'll need to enjoy being out on the road. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: APHRA registration – Registered Nurse. Initiative and ability to effectively prioritise & multi task. Great interpersonal & communication skills.
