About the role and where you will be working: The Team Leader – Community Mental Health provides operational leadership to a team of Recovery Partners, ensuring the delivery of recovery focused, person centred support for individuals with long term mental illness. This role is responsible for maintaining high service standards, building staff capability, ensuring compliance, and driving positive client outcomes. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: Experience leading teams to deliver high quality, recovery oriented mental health support. Strong capability in client planning, documentation, assessments and service coordination. Confidence managing risk, incidents and compliance with NDIS, mental health standards and organisational policies. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, families, external providers and health networks. Strong communication skills and a commitment to positive team culture and staff wellbeing. Commitment to safe work practices, WHS responsibilities and quality improvement. Tertiary qualification in health, human services or community services, plus 5 years’ mental health/community sector experience.
