We are currently hiring a Project Sales Manager based out of our Plantations Lifestyle office. Develop and deliver local sales strategies, marketing insights and promotional activity to achieve project targets. Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, including CRM, contracts, reporting and customer relationship management. Build and maintain positive community, client and industry relationships to support ongoing project success. Lead, coach and develop your team, fostering high performance, strong engagement and a positive, collaborative culture. About You Have a strong track record in residential or project sales, supported by excellent communication and presentation skills. Are goal‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Can build positive relationships with diverse external stakeholders, supported by strong local area knowledge and community connections. Bring solid technical capability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems. Demonstrate sound decision‑making, problem‑solving ability, and a commitment to WHS responsibilities, including reporting hazards and participating in risk management.
