Operations Officer As our highly valued Operations Officer based in Brisbane, your role will be responsible for delivering a positive and consistent experience for Consumer Lending customers through the efficient execution of back-office processes. You will be a cross-functional, agile team member with a focus on achieving strong and sustainable outcomes for our customers. This role will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure our service level agreements are met You’ll make an impact by: You will be responsible for reviewing and processing Consumer Lending applications lodged by our customers. This includes verifying the application details and supporting documentation held is suitable in accordance with the banks Credit Risk policy and responsible lending practices Being Customer driven and determined to deliver balanced outcomes for our customers Leverage internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders to drive better customer experiences. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: A minimum one-year experience in Financial Services with a sound understanding of lending processes including income verification. Previous exposure to Consumer Lending (Personal Loans & Credit Cards) is highly desirable Industry related study, qualifications and/or experience desired Self-managed, motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic Why Great Southern Bank?
