Introduction We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Storeperson to join our busy manufacturing and operations team in Seven Hills, Sydney. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while supporting production and maintaining accurate inventory control. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in organisation, accuracy, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Description Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, reporting any discrepancies or damage Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (where licensed) Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure correct labelling and storage Conduct stocktakes and cycle counts Coordinate freight and courier movements Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organised, and safe Support production by supplying parts and materials as required Assist with returns, warranty items, and non-conforming goods Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and manual handling requirements Successful candidates will have: Previous warehouse or storeperson experience (preferred) Forklift licence (highly regarded) Good attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills for inventory systems Strong organisational and time management skills Commitment to workplace safety Positive attitude and strong work ethic At HMPS Propac, Australia’s leading machine manufacturers, we are passionate about delivering innovative end-of-line packaging automation.
