We’re currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join our team at our Arndell Park facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments, ideally within the food industry who’s looking for stability, growth, and a supportive team environment. What you’ll be doing In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our production operations run safely, reliably, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Preventative, corrective and breakdown maintenance across plant and equipment Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults to minimise downtime Supporting production with fast, practical maintenance solutions Completing maintenance records and work orders accurately Working to high safety and food manufacturing standards About Us Established in 1969, BE Campbell has grown to be one of Australia's largest family-owned meat operation, supplying supermarkets, restaurants, retail butchers, small-goods producers, and export channels.
