The Role We have a newly created position available for a Clinical Practice Partner to uplift clinical capability, mentor nurses and care teams, and drive safe, high‑quality practice across residential aged care homes. This is a key role within the organisation aimed at providing leadership and strategic impact in advancing clinical practice and care. This is a hands‑on, resident‑facing role - not a desk‑based quality or education position. You will work alongside teams on the floor, shaping confident clinical decision‑making, strengthening practice, and partnering with leaders to improve outcomes for older people. This position will either support our residential homes in the South-East region of Victoria, or the North-West region on Victoria, depending on the location of the successful applicant. Coach and mentor clinical staff on the floor to strengthen capability, lift confidence, and embed evidence‑based practice Assess clinical competency and support targeted development to ensure safe, high‑quality care Lead clinical quality activities, including audits, documentation checks, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify and escalate clinical risks early, contributing to incident reviews, root‑cause analysis, and rapid improvement actions Collaborate with clinical leaders and educators to drive consistent clinical standards, uplift workforce capability, and support organisational practice improvements About you Experienced Registered Nurse (AHPRA‑registered) with strong clinical expertise in aged care setting Proven coaching and mentoring capability, able to build confidence and competence in clinical teams on the floor Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality standards and regulatory requirements, with the ability to lead audits and improvement actions Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, able to support change across multiple sites Analytical, proactive and adaptable, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify risks, prioritise workload, and work both autonomously and collaboratively Driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Why Benetas?
