About the role We’re looking for a Marketing Data & Integration Specialist to help power our Loyalty Program with high‑quality, real‑time customer data. This is a 12‑month contract , where you’ll use Hightouch and event‑driven integrations to activate personalised customer journeys across email, SMS, push, and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Build and manage real ‑ time customer and loyalty data integrations using Hightouch a nd a composable CEP . Ensure key loyalty events (earn, burn, milestones) are captured and synced across systems. Build event ‑ based segments and triggers to enable personalise d marketing journeys. Manage API and event ‑ driven data workflows to support real ‑ time activation. Develop and optimise automated customer journeys across marketing channels / activation platforms . Maintain data accuracy, quality, and compliance across all integrations. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to enhance event capture and customer targeting. Skills & Experience 5 years' experience in Marketing Automation, Data Integration, or Marketing Operations. Hands on experience with Hightouch or similar CDP/reverse ETL platforms. Solid SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
