About the role We are seeking an experienced and influential Psychology Educator – Professional Development & Training to lead psychology education and workforce development across the organisation. This senior role is ideal for an experienced psychologist passionate about capability building, best practice learning, and shaping the future of forensic mental health. As a Psychology Educator you will:• Lead psychology workforce training and professional development programs • Deliver specialist clinical and forensic training • Provide supervision to psychologists, registrars and trainees • Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver interdisciplinary training • Offer expert consultation on complex forensic clinical matters • Contribute to research, quality improvement and policy development • Ensure lived experience perspectives are embedded in education What You Will Bring You are a highly skilled psychologist with advanced clinical experience and a passion for education. You thrive in a specialist, multidisciplinary environment and bring a strong commitment to recovery focused, evidence-based practice.
