This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, learning & development initiatives, and providing backup support to payroll. Description Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records Support end-to-end recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers Coordinate and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives, training programs, and compliance requirements Act as a backup for payroll, supporting payroll processing and queries when required Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and systems Provide first-level HR advice and support to employees and managers Assist with HR reporting and data management Leading Performance Reviews Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as the business evolves Profile 2-3 years' experience in an HR or People & Culture role Exposure to payroll processes and legislation (hands-on experience desirable but not essential) Strong willingness to learn payroll and expand technical HR knowledge Highly proactive, eager, and comfortable taking ownership Flexible and open-minded approach to problem-solving Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Job Offer Competitive salary range of AUD 90,000 to AUD 110,000.
