We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and operational support to regulatory teams. You will assist in coordinating compliance activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of Fair Trading’s regulatory functions. About the Role What You’ll Do Assess and process applications, claims, and renewals accurately, ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and delegated authority. Provide clear, timely advice to customers on rights, responsibilities, and available services, promoting informed decision-making and compliance. Maintain accurate records and data to support efficient service delivery and uphold confidentiality and privacy standards. Deliver operational and administrative support to enable smooth team performance and high-quality customer service. Review and escalate complex matters appropriately, ensuring documentation and processes meet organisational standards. To Be Successful in This Role You Will Have Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Sound communication and teamwork skills. Proven ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records. Commitment to supporting Fair Trading’s regulatory objectives. Essential Criteria Demonstrated experience providing administrative or operational support in a regulatory or government environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively within established procedures and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
