Build Exceptional Destinations with G’day Group G’day Group is seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to support the delivery of development projects across our growing property portfolio. Working client-side and closely with the Project Manager, this role provides project administration and coordination support across all stages of the project lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly through effective cost control, program tracking, document management, stakeholder coordination, and governance — helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support Maintain accurate project records in line with governance and compliance requirements Assist with contractor claims, variations, cost tracking, and reporting Track project milestones, programmes, and deliverables Coordinate design documentation and consultant deliverables Organise project and site meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action registers Maintain project registers (RFIs, approvals, risks, issues, and documents) Support site visits, compliance documentation, approvals, and certifications Assist with project handover, defects, and close-out activities About You Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems Why Join G’day Group?
