What's the role? Reporting to the Head of Client Operations, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of support to our Client Partnerships and support teams, enabling them with the right tools, knowledge and business processes to efficiently achieve sales outcomes. You will be an operational support contact point for our sales and support team members for all operational enquiries What’s the role? Ensuring our teams are able to provide exceptional customer experiences for our customers by supporting our internal sales and support functions and ensuring new processes and business changes consider the impacts on our customers. Assist in the development of market relevant products or process improvements to drive revenue in support of group strategies. Monitor the queries received into the sales operations inbox and actively identifies opportunities to streamline processes for our sales and support teams. Manage the day to day tasks across the sales operations team as well as providing support to internal stakeholders to improve existing and develop new processes focused on improving the efficiency of our sales and support team functions. Who are you? Prior experience working in media, sales, production and/or contact center environments. Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Genesys contact centre technology is an advantage Highly collaborative team player Demonstrated analytical skills Strong communication and organisational skills Experience using Confluence content management software is an advantage. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Curiosity and questioning mindset - curious about why things are the way they are, and open to doing things differently and willing to try things that don’t fit neatly into your own assumptions. Customer-centric - ability to empathise with the end user of our platforms and services. A critical thinker with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems.
