Description We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support operational leaders across our shipping and logistics workforce. This role is ideal for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working close to the business, balancing strategic advice with hands-on delivery. You will partner with leaders across our Operations in the North and South, providing pragmatic HR solutions that support recruitment, performance and workforce engagement. Key Responsibilities Partner with line leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support aligned to operational priorities Provide advice on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievances Support recruitment, workforce planning and organisational change initiatives Assist leaders with interpretation and application of industrial instruments (EBAs, awards, contracts) Support enterprise bargaining preparation and implementation (as required) Drive consistency in HR policies, procedures, and people practices Use HR data and insights to support informed decision-making Promote a strong safety, compliance, and performance culture About You 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role Experience supporting operational or industrial workforces Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence frontline leaders Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational environments Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline (preferred) What We Offer Exposure to complex and interesting industrial environments Genuine business partnering opportunities with operational leadership Career development within a growing logistics organisation Competitive remuneration and opportunity to travel across the state
