About the Role Immediate start for Electrical Switchboard Builders to join our workshop team in Rydalmere. You’ll be hands-on in the manufacturing of electrical panels, working closely with engineering, project teams, and administration to ensure quality and timely delivery. Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 7.00am-3.00pm Location: Rydalmere Casual hourly rate : $55 plus allowances plus penalties Key Responsibilities Interpret and follow construction drawings for panel manufacturing. Mount, wire, and terminate electrical components. Communicate material requirements and ensure correct receipting and allocation of parts. Assembling of flat pack metal work. Ability to learn Buss Bar bending, hole punching (not essential) Fitting gear plates, cells. Fitting out electrical hardware. Running and terminating wiring (neat and tidy). Point to point testing. Labelling. General workshop duties as required. What We’re Looking For Experience in electrical panel manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality. Strong communication and time management skills.
