Are you ready to step up into a Project Management role within the commercial HVAC space? We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing Sydney team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong HVAC experience who is ready to take the next step into managing commercial projects from planning through to delivery. This could suit somebody stepping up into this type of role from a site supervisor/ project coordinator or project engineer. About the Role Working closely with the director and another PM you will be delivering commercial HVAC projects across Sydney. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while building your leadership and commercial skills. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in the management of commercial HVAC projects Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams Managing project documentation, schedules and reporting Supporting procurement and cost control processes Attending site meetings and liaising with clients Monitoring project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards About You Experience in commercial HVAC (site supervision, leading hand, estimator or project coordinator background or a junior PM) Strong understanding of mechanical services systems Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Relevant trade or mechanical engineering qualifications (desirable) What’s on Offer Competitive salary: $120,000 – $160,000 Super vehicle or car allowance - dependant on experience Clear career progression pathway Projects would sit between 50k - 1 million from fit outs to schools and office fit outs.
