Senior Lawyer – Family Law, Wills & Estates Sydney, NSW | Full-Time A respected law practice is seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer to manage a diverse caseload across Family Law and Wills & Estates. This is a leadership opportunity suited to a confident practitioner who enjoys autonomy, complex matters and mentoring junior team members. The Opportunity You will manage matters from initial consultation through to resolution across: Parenting and property disputes Divorce and separation Financial agreements Wills, powers of attorney & enduring guardianship Probate and letters of administration Estate administration and distributions You will appear in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, represent clients at mediation and negotiate strategic outcomes in sensitive and high-value matters.
