About the Role You will take ownership of day to day retail management across a small portfolio, contributing to operational excellence and financial performance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key stakeholders Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting and P and L reporting Manage tenancy coordination, arrears and identify additional income opportunities including mall leasing Monitor monthly sales performance and assist with reporting and KPI development Support compliance, operational standards and safety practices across the centres Skills and Experience Experience within retail property or a related commercial environment, with a willingness to grow Strong financial capability including budgeting and forecasting Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial mindset with a proactive and solutions focused approach If you are seeking a role that offers professional growth, genuine team support and the lifestyle benefits of the Whitsundays, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
