What you’ll be doing: Owning and evolving kids’ product ranges from initial illustration through to final production. Creating original characters, graphics and motifs that translate across multiple categories - apparel, plush, accessories, stationery, headwear and more. Taking a single idea and building it into a full commercial product story. Working closely with in-house production teams to trial prints, placements, embroidery and embellishment - fast. Developing tech packs and collaborating directly with top-tier global factories. Contributing to ranges sold internationally across major tourist destinations and high-traffic retail environments. Designing product with longevity in mind - not four-week fashion drops, but graphics that can become long-term bestsellers. What you’ll bring: A strong illustration portfolio - characters, kids-friendly graphics, icons, repeat prints, placement artwork, patches and badges. Genuine experience designing for physical product , not just digital or marketing channels. Exposure to structured, high-volume retail or brand environments (think large, process-driven businesses where calendars and approvals matter). Experience across kidswear, kids accessories, headwear, plush, gift or similar categories. Confidence developing tech packs and working with factories, understanding production limitations (scale, colour counts, stitching detail, fabrication). A growth mindset - someone who wants to learn the full product lifecycle end-to-end.
