Description Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases. Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process. Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve hiring practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Profile A successful lead recruiter should have: Proven expertise in recruitment, preferably within the medical, dental or veterinary sector. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders. A proactive approach with a focus on achieving results.
