Develop, manage, and take full accountability for the marketing budget. Conduct proactive end‑user market research to understand market dynamics and identify incremental growth opportunities. Optimise product offerings through regular product analysis and review of market trends. Organise and execute key sales and marketing programs-including promotions, advertising, PR, and communications-in collaboration with Sales Managers. Develop and manage integrated marketing programs such as digital and print advertising, lead generation, tradeshows, promotion management, and sales support for relevant market segments and product categories. Produce and publish editorials, case studies, brochures, and advertising materials for assigned segments and product lines. Develop and deliver distributor and end‑user product training sessions. Provide regular in‑field support, including presentations, tradeshows, conferences, and customer engagement activities. Profile · Minimum 5 years prior experience in B2B marketing within their professional market sectors (Industrial, Food, Commercial or Automotive) · Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans and budgets · Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing communications and lead generation across various paid and owned channels of communication including social media. · Proven successful communication and presentation skills · Infield customer-facing experience, launching, promoting and training on product offering · Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects whilst consistently executing within planned deadlines · Organised self-starter willing to take the initiative to get things done and work with all levels of internal and external stake holders · Strong analytical and negotiation skills · Proficient computer skills - (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
