The Role We're seeking reliable Rice Mill Operators to join a busy rice processing site in Deniliquin, NSW. This is a practical, fast-paced role in an industrial environment where teamwork, safety, and consistency matter. You may be placed across packing, milling, or warehouse operations depending on site needs and your experience. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll support day-to-day production and dispatch by operating equipment, moving product safely, and keeping work areas clean and organised. Duties may include: Packing bulkers and bags in line with production targets and quality standards Operating milling machinery and completing basic checks during operation Forklift driving to move pallets, product and materials (where licensed/authorised) General cleaning and housekeeping across production and warehouse areas Following site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and reporting hazards promptly Assisting with other tasks as required to support the team during peak periods Benefits $35 per hour penalty rates Approx. 3 months with potential to extend further 50-60 hours per week Great opportunity to secure strong weekly earnings through consistent hours and penalties Varied roles available across packing, milling and warehouse operations Work with a practical, experienced crew in a safety-focused workplace Your Skills & Experience Experience in food processing, manufacturing, milling, or warehouse operations (preferred) Forklift licence with confident, safe forklift driving experience (highly regarded) Able to operate machinery and follow work instructions in a fast-paced environment Physically fit for manual tasks, including packing and general cleaning Reliable, safety-focused, and available to work 50-60 hours per week Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
