The Role We're looking for a practical, safety-focused Harvest Operator to support grain shed and harvest operations in Denliquin, NSW . This is a hands-on agriculture role in a fast-paced, physical site environment, working as part of a team to keep receivals, storage and outloading running smoothly while meeting safety, quality and operational standards. You may also be required to travel to additional sites when needed. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll help ensure day-to-day shed and harvest operations run safely, efficiently and to quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Operate harvest and grain handling machinery and equipment (e.g., hoppers, elevators, drive-over grids and hand tools) Unload trucks and support in loading/out loading activities, including forming and managing bunkers Monitor grain stacks and aeration requirements to maintain product quality Complete general site duties such as sweeping, shovelling and site maintenance Conduct grain sample testing and accurate data entry/record keeping Benefits $35 per hour penalty rates Approx. 2 month assignment Approx 50 hours per week Physical, active role with variety across machinery operation, receivals and quality tasks Exposure to harvest operations and grain handling processes in a large-scale site setting Your Skills & Experience Previous experience in grain Confidence operating machinery/equipment and following safe operating procedures Comfortable walking distances and working around stairs/ladders safely Strong attention to detail for sampling, testing and data entry Reliable, team-oriented and willing to travel to other sites as required Commitment to working safely, staying hydrated, and following site risk controls and policies Choose Agri Labour Australia Agri Labour Australia is an award-winning Australian company with clients in every State and Territory.
