Juniper is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Retirement Living Contracts and Compliance Administrator to support the effective operation of our Retirement Living portfolio. This pivotal role ensures seamless administrative processes, strong compliance, and an exceptional customer experience for residents entering, living in, or exiting our villages. About the Role The Retirement Living Contracts and Compliance Administrator provides crucial administrative support across all Juniper retirement villages. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and delivering a high‑quality, customer‑first experience to incoming, current, and outgoing residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and manage disclosure, lease, and rental documentation in line with legislation. Apply entry and exit criteria and ensure compliance with legislative changes. Process admissions and exits, maintaining accurate resident documentation. Prepare financial paperwork for incoming and outgoing payments. Liaise with residents, families, and external stakeholders throughout leasing and exit processes. Manage the full customer journey from enquiry to exit. Coordinate communication between internal teams, residents, families, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate record‑keeping and uphold confidentiality requirements. Ensure compliance with legislation, Code of Conduct, and internal policies. Support audits, meetings, and reporting, including occupancy, resales, and risk management. You will bring: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract and compliance administration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to support residents, families, and stakeholders. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. A customer‑first approach with empathy for older adults. Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Knowledge of Retirement Villages legislation or willingness to learn. Relevant qualifications in a business management discipline or similar (desirable). What We offer: Permanent part‑time role working 3 days per week (22.5 hours). Salary starting from $82,800 per year (pro rata), plus access to up to $18,550 in not‑for‑profit salary packaging benefits.
