About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. This role sits between a Purchasing Coordinator and Purchasing Manager and is key to ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient procurement across our business. You will oversee purchasing processes, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and provide guidance and support to Purchasing Coordinators, all while driving process improvements and reporting on KPIs. Key Responsibilities End-to-end accountability for purchasing outcomes within the assigned workstream. Provide guidance and support to Purchasing Coordinators, including problem-solving and building process understanding. Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including order placement, verification, and tracking. Coordinate new season launches, returns management, and ad hoc purchasing activities. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Lead initiatives to improve purchasing processes and maintain accurate reporting. What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in business administration or supply chain; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Minimum 5 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement or supply chain roles. Proven success in supporting and leading a team. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end purchasing processes. Exposure to Factory Management and supply chain operations is an advantage. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as AP21, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce. Flexible approach, including occasional work outside standard hours if required.
