Description About the role You will be responsible for executing appeals and acquisition campaigns across direct mail, email, digital and telemarketing channels, ensuring delivery to timeline, budget and KPI. You’ll also enhance donor engagement through retention and 1:1 stewardship, identify mid-value upgrade opportunities, and provide performance analysis to optimise campaign outcomes. This role can be based in any of our Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Sydney offices, with hybrid working arrangements available. Key responsibilities Deliver multi-channel fundraising appeals and acquisition campaigns Coordinate agencies across creative, mail, digital and telemarketing Develop campaign briefs and supporter communications Lead retention and lifecycle communications including Annual Tax Receipts Steward donors through phone, email and mail Extract and analyse data using Salesforce, Power BI and Excel Monitor KPIs and provide insights for optimisation About you 3 years’ experience at coordinator level (NFP or mass marketing preferred) Strong experience in multi-channel campaign delivery CRM experience (Salesforce advantageous) Proven data analysis, segmentation and reporting skills Experience managing external suppliers and agencies Excellent written communication and stakeholder collaboration skills High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Knowledge of FIA Code of Conduct/Standards of Fundraising Other requirements Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Current driver’s licence Why join us At the Leukaemia Foundation, you’ll be part of an organisation dedicated to ensuring access to the best information, treatments and supportive care for people affected by blood cancer.
